Working at Kidz-Planet Preschool has been a very rewarding experience for me. I love being a preschool teacher, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I love the one on one time that I can spend with each child because it really gives me a chance to get to know them and see their personality. The growth that we see from day one to the last day of school is immeasurable. I love doing all types of activities such as, dancing, listening to music, painting, playing games, and reading stories to them.

I am a dancer who is extremely fortunate that I am able to do what I love for work. Sharing my passion of dance to preschoolers has been part of my life for the past thirteen years. I look forward to continuing to grow, learn, and share my passion for the arts. For me, teaching young children keeps my alive and upbeat at all times. They are full of love and life and always eager to learn. My greatest pleasure is to help a child achieve and accomplish a new step or task and to see the joy it brings to their faces. I am excited to always learn and share my knowledge with all.

I believe teaching is what I was born to do! Teaching, for me, is all about bonding with the children and helping them develop a love for learning. I feel that learning through play, everyday hands on activities, academics, and independence will help them gain their life skills. I have worked with infants to Pre-K. I enjoy teaching each age group, as every stage is crucial to their development.

Since 2006

I started working in the early childhood education field about twenty-four years ago. I have been with Kidz- Planet for the past 4 years. I find children to be fun, energetic, full of curiosity and most of all, unconditional love. As a teacher I want to prepare my students for the next level of their learning. Most of all, I wish to build children’s self- esteem, and encourage them to have a better understanding of cultural diversity. My teaching philosophy is allowing them to explore, create, discover about themselves, and accept who they are.

Since 2011

I began working with children since 2006 as the chef in a preschool. I was a stay at home mom until I enrolled my son in preschool, it is then that I found a passion for working with children. Cooking for multiple children with multiple needs is a difficult task but I enjoy challenging myself to meet unique needs of each child. 

Since 2013

I’m very happy that I am able to bring my love to children in a great environment. I have taught in all age groups over the years, from infants to 5 year olds, but I enjoy the infants and toddlers the most. I learn something new from them every day. My favorite part of the day is to sing and dance with my wonderful group of infants and toddlers. It is amazing to see them soak knowledge up like a sponge, they take everything around them in and are constantly learning.

As a young girl, I knew I wanted to become a teacher. I absolutely adore working with children and I like to consider myself a very loving, caring, and open individual. I come to work every day to make sure I give every child in my care the best education and top notch nurturing I can.

I am devoted to helping children understand their own emotions and nurturing their interactive skills as well as cultivating independence and a desire to learn. I am also passionate about helping children articulate their needs, think for themselves and make wise community- based choices. I believe this approach gives children the gift of clear and respectful communications- a gift that they can use throughout their lives. My teaching style displays creativity, smooth behavior management skills, appropriate academic expectations and kindness.

Since 2006

I have been teaching for 30 years. I choose to be a teacher because my Kindergarten teacher was my inspiration, and I enjoy being with children. What I feel makes me a good teacher is I’ve been told I’m very “laid-back”. I believe children are unique in their own way. Kidz-Planet gives me warmth not found in many workplaces. This warmth is something to call “home”, I’m so grateful that I spend my day working at Kidz-Planet and going home with an incredible sense of accomplishment.

I have been working with children since 1986. I have owned and operated my own home day care working with infants, toddlers and school aged children. have chosen this profession because I love working with children, expanding their learning experiences and watching them grow. I hope to provide the children with a learning experience that will build a social, emotional, cognitive, fine and gross motor skills and much more. I enjoy working along with the families to ensure optimal development and build relationships.

I have been teaching since 1999. I teach children of all ages from infants to 5 years old. My passion is teaching. It is a blessing to be able to teach children, because I am passionate about them and their development. My interest in children comes from deep within, and I am committed to their emotional and physical safety and to develop genuine relationships based on mutual respect.
